A few quick notes about the application...
one, Without exception, you are to name your application thread using the following format: GENDER;; lastname firstname (a comma can be added after the last name for English names and the like).
two, Where it says class in the application, it's asking for the class they teach. If not a teacher, change this to occupation. That's right, you can be a janitor or something if you want, not just a teacher.
three, For clubs, we're asking for the club they sponsor or the team the manage. They need at least one and no more than three, just like students.
